New Knowledge Centre at Market Access

Market Access has diversified its activity through the creation of a Knowledge Centre, whose mission is to foster knowledge about the Internationalization Strategic Management Process.

As part of this mission, Market Access has designed a set of executive study programmes administered by the International Business Training Unit (IBTU), one of the two units that constitute the Knowledge Centre. 


The IBTU unit is coordinated by a group of renowned specialists in International Business who have developed three executive programmes specially designed for Market Access’s Knowledge Centre: the Organisational Dynamics, the Leadership and Management Development, and the Managing Across Cultures executive programmes. 

These three executive programmes guarantee the development of management competences that underpin the organisational diagnosis, the formulation of an internationalisation strategy and its execution in a cross-cultural environment.
