Proj3ct International invests in the dynamic Brazilian market
2011-09-27Market Access supported the Consortium Proj3ct International to the Brazilian market, preparing a visit to the country and organising direct contact with the local demand.
This project is being coordinated through the permanent representation of Market Access in São Paulo and aims to explore the opportunities that Brazil has in the areas of construction and infrastructure.
The Consortium Proj3ct International is formed by the architectural firm Proj3ct Ltd. and aspp – Engineers, Ltd. Both companies have gained experience over the years, integrating international teams in their global expasion process. Proj3ct International seeks to establish partnerships with the best companies in the market to ensure a solid , lasting and sustained presence in markets such as Brazil, Angola, Japan, Russia and others. The main areas of intervention are: facilities (sporting, cultural, social, administrative, transportation and other...), hotels and resorts, housing, retail, services, industry and urbanisation.
Brazil is now currently undergoing expansion at all levels but there are barriers that require prior knowledge and preparation. In 2010, the GDP growth was 7.5%. Exports, employment and disposable income for families also increased significantly. The commitment of the Brazilian Government to the PAC2 programme is to give priority to thecountry´s infrastructure. This programme provides investments of BRL - 1.5 billion (10^12) well as staging two global events: the Football World Cup Championship and the Olympic Games. The focus of PAC2 will be logistical, energy and social development, split into six major initiatives: Better City (urban infrastructure); Community Citizens (security and social inclusion), My House, My Life (affordable housing), Water and Lights for all (access to sanitation and electricity), Energy (electricity, oil and gas) and Transport (roads, railways and airports).
